Q: How do we find the driver after arriving?
A: The drivers will meet the passengers at arrivals, outside the customs hall, inside Faro / Seville airport terminal, displaying a signboard with the wording of your choice; your name or company name and will also help with any luggage. The arrivals hall may be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately on +351 965 090 469, so we can call the driver and arrange an easy meeting point for you in the terminal.
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: Don’t worry; all flight arrival times are checked with the airline before our drivers leave for the airport. Should you arrive early or late there will still be a driver to meet you at no extra cost.
Q: How long will a driver wait for us to clear customs?
A: The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, 'lost and found' or immigration and will eventually make a 'page' call to meet the passenger at the airport meeting point. The driver will only leave the airport after these procedures have been made. If one is delayed in customs or with luggage for more than 30 minutes after arrival please call +351 965 090 469 to ensure that the driver will wait for you.
Q: Do you charge for children?
Q: Do you provide car seats for children?
A: Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats at no charge. It must be disclosed on booking.
Q: What about full access for passengers with disabilities?
A: Our drivers are experienced at helping passengers with disabilities and we can comfortably accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility aids. When you contact us for a quote, simply let us know if you have any specific needs, and we will do our best to help.
Q: Can you recommend attractions and destinations to visit on our trip?
A: Yes, we can help you plan your trip and even provide you with a custom tour to visit Algarve’s most popular destinations. All in the comfort of one of our luxury chauffeured vehicles.
Q: Do we do other transfers apart from airport transfers?
A: Yes. We offer shopping trips, sightseeing tours and hourly/daily hire at a very competitive rate.
Q: Can we stop at the supermarket on our way into our destination?
A: Yes, you just have to request this service on our booking form. There is a charge of €5 for the stop and €1/minute after the first 10 minutes.
Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: No. We will inform you of all charges prior to your acceptance of the journey.
